By participating in the event organized by Appfromlab Pte Ltd, attendees acknowledge and agree to the following:
- Assumption of Risk: Attendees understand that participation in the event is voluntary and that there may be risks associated with attendance and participation. Attendees assume full responsibility for any risks of personal injury, property damage, or other loss that may result from their participation.
- Health and Safety: The event organizers are committed to maintaining a safe environment but cannot guarantee complete immunity from risks, including exposure to illness. Attendees are expected to follow all health and safety guidelines set by event organizers and local health authorities.
- Photography and Media Release: By attending, participants consent to being photographed or recorded during the event. These images or recordings may be used for promotional, marketing, or informational purposes by the event organizers without further notice or compensation.
- Liability Waiver: Attendees release the event organizers, sponsors, and venue from any liability, claims, demands, or causes of action that may arise from their participation in the event, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
- Code of Conduct: All attendees agree to conduct themselves respectfully and professionally, adhering to any code of conduct set by the organizers. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the event.
By attending, all participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
