With our AFL UTM Tracker plugin, you can also pre-populate Contact Form 7 form fields with UTM tracking data by following the tutorial below.
Please note that you don’t need to do this unless you are sending the data to another third-party plugin or service.
Setup
- Go to your Contact Form 7 > Select Form.
- Add a hidden field using the formula below.

A hidden field to store the “First Landing Page”.

Copy and paste only the parameter names which you are interested into your Hidden Field. Give an appropriate text label for each of the Hidden Field.
Take note that you can access two types of URL values:
- a full URL with all query parameters
- a clean URL without any query parameters.
